sold Thornhill Pro-Trainer Event 16 1/2" Wide. Havana brown all purpose with padded flaps, knee and thigh rolls. Panels are foam. Fairly deep seated and a great choice for the low level eventer or all around rider that requires a saddle that accepts different stirruup lengths well. Saddle has no major blemishes and the billets are in very good, solid condition. The tree width is the same as the wide "red" Wintec gullet plate. Great saddle!

Collegiate Alumnus A/P 17" Medium. Brown. All purpose style with deep seat, suede padded flaps and concealed knee rolls for comfort and grip. Laminated spring tree with foam panels. This is great all around saddle for jumping, fox hunting and trail riding. Billets are unstretched and in good, solid condition. Saddle is free of any major blemishes or marks. Barnsby Luxus Dressage 17" #4 tree (Wide) Black made in England. Close contact panel style, "D" girthing and point strap extending from below the knee block. Wool flocked, gusseted panels are even and straight. Billet straps were recently replaced. Other than a slight fade to the seat, saddle is in excellent condition.

Berney Bros. Olympic 17.5" Med/wide close contact/general purpose. Brown made in Ireland.. Built on a medium deep spring tree. Mono flap type design with extended billet straps. Great saddle for cross country or jumping. If you ever get the chance or have fox hunted in Ireland, you most likely rode in a Berney saddle. Price reflecks that the saddle is ready for new billets and some flocking work. Otherwise, saddle is in good shape with very minor blemishes to the cantle.

sold Duett Rondo3 18" 32cm brown. Duett's flagship a/p with pencil knee rolls and smooth padded flaps. Generous width in the gullet, nice broad panels for weight distribution and wool flocking for a custom fit that your horse will appreciate. The 32cm fits similar to the RED "wide" Wintec gullet plate except that it does give you even more width near the top of the plate for a roomier fit (a bit more U shaped rather than V). The 18" seat fits like a 17 1/2". Perfect saddle for low level dressage, jumping and trail riding. This saddle has seem a handful of rides and is ready to break in your way. Other than a little bit of color wear across the top of the cantle and seat seams....it is in excellent condition, free of major blemishes. Always more photos....just ask.

sold Duett Rondo A/P 18" 32cm Black. Duett's all purpose that is popular with low level eventers/ dressage riders and the trail crowd. Nice wide gullet for spine clearance and wool flocked, gusseted panels. The 32cm will fit similar to a Stubben Siegfried 32cm or the red/wide gullet in a Wintec/Bates, with the exception that there is roomier fit in the arch of the gullet in front. Being fairly deep seated, the 18" will fit like a 17 1/2". Billets show minimal wear with no stretching. Saddle is free of any major blemishes and is barely broken in. This is the original Rondo with the suede padded flaps for extra grip. Comes with a grab strap, nearly new Exselle 1x54 half hole stirrup leathers and Foot Free stirrups. sold Mystic Close Contact 13.5" Wide. Color Antique chestnut. Adorable youth close contact made in Argentina for Smith Worthington. Full grain cowhide seat, skirts, panels and flaps. Pencil knee roll with padded flaps. Flap length measures 10 1/2". Comes with Perri's Amish made 3/4" x 36" stirrup leathers and 3 1/2" heavyweight Peacock safety stirrups. A perfect package for your little leadliner or short stirrup competitor. Saddle has seen little use with minimal marks. Show ring ready! Lots of pictures, just ask.

sold Duett Rondo3 18" 36cm brown. Designed for the cob built horses, the Rondo is a perfect saddle for the all'rounder that likes to do a little dressage, trail and low level jumping. With it's hoop style tree, which is shaped like an upside down "U" versus a "V" shape, the 36cm is wider than the Wintec white gullet (x-wide) and allows more width at the top of the gullet to accomodate low withered, broad backs. Being fairly deep seated, the Rondo runs a bit small. The 18" sits like a 17 1/2". Saddle has seen only a couple of rides and not broken in. Wool flocked panels are even and straight. Two tiny marks on the cantle. These saddles are hard to come by used. Excellent condition.

sold Wintec 2000 A/P 17 1/2" Black w/ CAIR and "easy change" gullet. Comes with 7/8 x 54" Wintec synthetic leathers, 5" Fillis Stirrups, saddle cover and complete gullet kit with all 6 gullet plates, measure gauge and extra screws. Saddle currently has the red gullet (wide) installed. Saddle has seen few miles, cleaned and in excellent condition. More photos by request.

sold Courbette Aristokrat 17 1/2" 32cm Black. Courbette's Lemetex aggressive close contact/cross country saddle with substantial knee rolls, removeable thigh blocks and padded knee flaps. Padded jockeys for extra comfort at the stirrup bars. Flaps are cut quite forward and measure 13 1/4 inches from the bottom of the stirrup bar. 3 1/2 finger width gullet the length of the saddle for proper spine clearance. Saddle has seen very little use and is in excellent A++ condition.Wool flocked panels are full, straight and even. Have lots of outdoor photos...just ask.

sold Stubben Scandica Nova Dressage 17 1/2" 32cm (wide) Black. The "Nova" has quilted elk leather on the jockey, flap front and top rear of the flap which provides additional comfort and grip. Knee rolls are high and wide and taper to allow for correct positioning. Wool flocked panels are soft and even and the billets are in good condition. Some typical fading on the seat and jockeys. Flaps measure 16 5/8" from bottom of stirrup bar. Saddle comes with a high quality pair of half hole 68" stirrup leathers and 4 1/2" fillis stirrups with "Sure Grip II" pads. sold Albion SL Dressage 17.5 XW Hard to find Extra Wide Albion with large knee blocks to help maintain proper leg position. Point billet system to stabilize and keep the saddle from moving forward. The SL has a more open seat than the SLK. Saddle has seen few hours, has no fading and is blemish free except for a few very minor rubs on the cantle. Billets are in excellent condition. Tree has never been adjusted. Wool flocked panels are straight and even. You would be hard pressed to find a used saddle this near to perfection. More photos...just ask.

sold Collegiate Challenge Event 17" M. Havana. All purpose built by Ruis Diaz (Pessoa) which is the step-up model from the Senior Event. Panels are gusseted and wool flocked for comfort and adjustablity. Jockey's are padded for extra comfort over the stirrup buckles. Gullet width averages 3 1/2 fingers the entire length which gives plenty of spine clearance. Saddle has soft padded flaps with moderate knee and thigh rolls for security. Flaps measure 14 3/4" from bottom of stirrup bars. This is a wonderful saddle for the low level eventer or Pony Clubber. Puts you in a balanced position and allows for different stirrup lengths for dressage and jumping. Saddle is clean, clean, clean with no major blemishes and the billets show minimal use. Sold Albion SL Dressage 18" MW Albion's "Style" model, pre SLK. The early SL's still carried the "style" stamp which was confusing since it was a different model than the original "Style". This SL has the popular large knee blocks to aid in keeping the riders leg back. Has a point billet system to maintain stability and keep the saddle from traveling forward. Saddle is in wonderful condition with no fading or blemishes except for some rubbing at the bottoms of the flaps. The billets are in great shape. The gullet is nice and wide and the flocking is soft and even. Flaps measure 16 1/4' from bottom of stirrup bars. The tree has never been adjusted so it can be moved out to Wide by a qualified saddler. More pictures, just ask.

sold Stubben Siegfried Extra 18" 31.5cm (MW) This is the Siegfreid we all know and love but with a slightly longer and more forward flap for the longer legged rider. Doeskin padded knee flaps for superb grip in the hunt field or cross country cross, especially in the rain. Nearly indestructable pigskin seat and flaps. Moderate knee and thigh rolls for a locked in feeling. This saddle has seen very few miles and is not even broken in all the way. Free of blemishes and the billets look hardly used.Wool flocked panels are straight, even and soft. Siegfrieds are legends. Don't you wonder why you still see so many still in active service after more than 40 years? More photos by request.

sold Wintec Isabell Dressage 17" black w/ CAIR. Saddle currently has the XWide gullet plate (white) installed. Saddle has adjustable/removeable small flexi blocks. Comes with the gullet kit (black medium gullet is missing), gullet gauge, extra screws, original tags and warranty. Also included, new in their original packaging, a pair of 54" Wintec Slim Line stirrup webbers and a pair of large Flexiblocs. sold Duett Rondo 2 18" 38cm (XXW) Black. Duett's all purpose model in bridle leather, soft padded knee flaps and moderate, concealed knee rolls. Wool flocked, gusseted panels with a generous gullet. This is a very popular model for riders that like to do some dressage, low level jumping and trail ride too. The Rondo sits a whisker small so the 18" will fit like a 17 1/2". Saddle is in great condition with no major blemishes and is ready for some additional flocking to custom fit to your horse. Always more photos...just ask.

sold Duett Companion Trail/All Purpose 18" 34cm Two tone black and medium brown with double padded seat for the long days in the saddle. Features adjustable/removeable knee and thigh blocks. This is the original Companion model with slightly longer wool flocked panels for a larger weight distribution area and best fits longer,flat backed horses. Lots of dee rings for attaching gear and has long billets to eliminate girth buckles under your leg. Saddle is a demo/close-out model and has been girthed up once. No marks or blemishes. Sadde retails for $1179. Save a whopping $400 on this one and only demo.

sold Stubben Rex 15" W made in Germany. Stubben's original children's Rex with doeskin padded flaps and moderate kneerolls. Known for generations as THE saddle to start your young equestrian in. So well balanced and secure, it places young riders in the proper seat. This saddle is a find. The German made models are hard to come by. Still in incredible condition with only some minor blemishes to the cantle. Wool flocked panels are even and soft. The underside is free of cracking and all the leather is still soft and supple. The billets are in supurb condition. The saddle measure a true 15 inches, not 15 1/2" or 15 3/4". Lots more photos by request.

Sold Black Country Close Contact 17" XX wide Made in England. Dark Brown. Built on a close contact laminated springtree, the seat and panels are of the finest high-grade, full grain, English leather. Seat is designed for stadium or cross country jumping and has padded flaps and knee and thigh blocks to support your position. Panels are hand flocked with 100% British wool. This saddle was custom built for a table backed paint so it is extremely wide. It fit an Arab that takes a 36-38cm Duett like ice cream in the July sun. It will accomodate a flat, short backed horse with a high croup (like the Arab) very nicely since the saddle is a bit banana shaped. Saddle has seen extremely light use and is in beautiful condition. There is a small blemish on the cantle. Black Country has been around since the 70's and is now gaining big time popularity here in the US. Original cost on this saddle was over $2,700. If you've got one of those impossible to fit wide glides, this saddle might just be the ticket. Many more photos available.

Sold Coventry A/P 17" Medium. Dark Havana. Traditionally styled all purpose made in England for Whitman. Wool flocked, gusseted panels are even and soft. Gullet is a full 3 fingers wide the complete length offering the ultimate in spine clearance and comfort for the horse. Tree width can be adjusted by a qualified saddler. Knee and thigh rolls with padded flaps for a secure seat. Seat is smooth English leather. Billets are in excellent condition with no stretched holes. Well balanced saddle that is perfect for low level eventing, fox hunting, trail riding and all around. Seat, pommel and cantle are flawless. Only blemish is a small slice in the leather where the thigh roll meets the panel on the underside the flap. It does not affect the integrity of the saddle and cannot be seen without lifting the flap. This is a high end saddle that is so hard to find without dropping over two grand these days. Sold Albion Dressage 17" MW. The "Euro" model is a modifed version of the Original Comfort with a more moderate twist with large knee blocks.A point billet system that provides stability and for keeping the saddle from traveling forward. Flocking and panels are in very nice condition, having been maintained on a regular schedule with a qualified saddle fitter. Saddle shows some fading in the seat and padded flaps and could easily be re-dyed . Tree has never been adjusted so that it could be changed to wide by a qualified saddler. Some white marks on the under panels from storage but does not affect the saddle in any way. Saddle is free of any major blemishes, billets are in great shape and has been well cared for. This would be a wonderful investment for the rider just getting going that wants a high quality saddle in great condition for short money. More photos available, just ask.

sold Stubben Edelweiss 17" 32 cm tree (Stubben's wide) Stubben's CS close contact saddle in a beautful mahogony brown color. Features a half deep seat built on a close contact tree with a narrow twist, knee blocks and padded flaps. Wool flocked panels for comfort and custom fit. Saddle has barely any miles on it and except for a small blemish on the cantle, is in super condition. A nice quality girth is listed seperately that matches this saddle. Many more photos by request.

sold Intec Flex Rider 14" M adorable child's close contact with a deep seat, knee rolls and padded knee flaps. Marcel Toulouse designed and built for Intec Performance Gear in Argentina, this saddle rivals the Bevel Princeton and Henri De Rival models. Girthed up twice but turned out too be too small a seat for the rider. Saddle is in showroom condition with no blemishes or marks. Comes ready for the show ring with matching new 3/4" x 38" calfskin lined no stretch stirrup leathers and 3 3/4" Peacock safety stirrups. More photos available by request.

sold Wintec 500 AP 17 1/2" black with CAIR panels, easy change gullet and Flexibloc system. Currently has the blue medium-wide gullet plate installed. Comes with a pair of Wintec synthetic stirrup leathers, 4 1/4" Fillis stirrups, official Wintec cloth saddle cover and the optional black medium gullet plate. Medium black gullet plate currently installed and comes with the blue medium wide gullet plate.Unlike the Cair system, the wool flocked panels can be adjusted for a custom fit by a saddler. Extra deep seat with a narrow twist. Point billets with adjustable rear Y billets. No Flexiblocs are included but can easily be added. Saddle is in really great shape with no major blemishes. sold Passier Lenox Dressage 17.5 Medium. Black with extra long flaps for the taller, leggier rider. Large knee blocks, long billets with the Passier traditional option of changing the saddle to short billet system if prefered. Flaps measure 18.5 inches from the bottom of the stirrup bar. This saddle has a cutback pommel to accomodate horses with a lot of wither. Wool flocked panels are smooth and even. Saddle is free of any major blemishes or fading and the billets show low miles. sold Child's Harry Dabbs "True Brit" Close Contact 13" medium. Made in England. Beautiful chestnut color with padded flaps, knee rolls and a balanced, secure seat. This is a nearly impossible seat size to find used, especially at this quality, and is perfect for everything from lead line to short stirrup. Flaps measure 10 1/2" from bottom of stirrup bar. Comes with a pair of new Crosby children's 3/4" x 40" stirrup leathers and new 3 3/4" Peacock safety stirrups. Saddle was only used for a couple of "A" rated classes before being outgrown and is in like new condition. More photos available by request.

sold Stubben Rex 15" Medium Wide. Deep, secure and well balanced, the Rex has long been a popular choice to start children. Grippy suede padded flaps, knee rolls and wool flocked. No longer made by Stubben, these little guys are getting harder to find. Estimated to be about 15 years old with fairly low mileage on it. Billets are in great condition. Some very minor marks on the cantle but overall saddle is in great condition. No cracking or splitting on the panels. The foam in the padded flaps is starting to feel a bit stiff but not too bad. Can be replaced down the road. Comes with a pair of good stirrup leathers and 4" Fillis stirrups. The Rex holds it's value and they seem to last forever. More photos by request

sold Stubben Woton 16 1/2" 31cm tree (medium wide) Considered by many of us baby boom riders to be the ultimate all purpose saddle known for putting the rider in proper balance. The Woton is not cut as foward as the Siegfried so it allows for more varied disciplines. Designed with a knee roll, plain flap and moderately deep seat, this saddle is ideal for low level dressage and jumping. Flap measures 14" from the bottom of the stirrup bar. Seat and flaps are constructed of nearly indestructable pigskin leather and the panels are wool flocked. Saddle has been well cared for and only shows minimal wear. Billets are in great shape. The only real blemishs are the cat claw marks on the right rear part of the seat. Stubbens seem to last forever and get handed down all the time. I own one that is now 38 years old and I bought it second hand in 1972!

Padded knee flaps with a small knee roll for security and aids in proper leg placement. So popular with eventers starting out. Also makes for a great trail and hacking saddle. Comfort foam flocked. Billets show low mileage and saddle is free of any major blemishes. Comes with 1" x 54" nylon lined stirrup leathers and 4 1/2" Fillis stirrups. Great condition and ready to go. sold Harry Dabbs "Ives Cazeneuve" Close Contact 17" M Oakbark color. Made in England. Padded flaps with knee blocks and memory foam flcoking. Most Ives Cazeneuves have been made in Argentina so this made in England by Harry Dabbs model is hard to come by and highly sought after. This saddle has very few miles on it and is in great condition. $678. Item# BA-9-1.

sold Wintec 500 Dressage 17 W. Hard to find "wool flocked" Wintec, preferred by most saddle fitters, with the widest gullet installed. Removeable, adjustable knee blocks. Flocking and panels are in wonderful, barely used condition. No lumps, bumps or unevenness. Comes with genuine 32" no stretch Webbers, the style with the "T", so that you have no bulk under your leg. Saddle is in excellent/like new condition. These saddles are real work horses, standing up to the weather and daily abuse without the extra care of leather. sold Albion Original Comfort 18" MW (medium wide) Black . Made in England. With its wide twist, this famous Albion model was designed for a woman's frame. They are not easy to find since riders seldom give them up. Built in England, this saddle boasts a nice wide gullet the length of the saddle and adjustable wool flocked panels which are still nice and even without any lumps. Seat is beginning to show a bit of fading right where the top of your thighs lie. One billet is showing signs of over stretching at some of the holes but is still very usable. The rest look good. Both rear billets have secondary half holes punched. Overall this saddle is in really lovely condition, free of any major blemishes or bashes and has been well taken care of. sold Wintec Pro Dressage 17 1/2" Wide black. Adjustable gullet with widest plate currently installed. Saddle has velcroed knee blocks that can be moved or removed based on the rider's preference. Lightweight, easy to clean and maintain. This model boasts wool flocking, which allows for a customized fit which is preferred by saddle fitters. Back billets have an adjustable Y system for girthing comfort. The leather billets are in excellent condition.. The top of the cantle does have a small blemish but the rest of the saddle is in great shape with low mileage. Owner needed even a wider saddle. $359 Item# FL-1-2.

sold Collegiate Ian Millar "Freshman" Close Contact impossible to find 13" wide tree. Beautiful original copper color. Grained leather flaps with suede knee pads, built in knee rolls and formed panels. Seat is average depth. Flap measures 11 1/2" from bottom of stirrup bar. This saddle has NEVER been girthed up! All photos taken show the saddle untouched by saddlesoap or oil. There is some lightening of the leather on the cantle and pommel from being moved around and probably stacked with other saddles. They are not bashes or rubs and should dissapate with cleaning and care. This saddle carries the famous "Ian Millar" logo stamp and was manufactured by Ruis Diaz (maker of Pessoa) for Miller's Collegiate line. The Freshman models are highly sought after as an excellent young riders saddle. The 13" seat size is a rarity and this one has never been ridden in! Start your young rider out in the saddle that is known for putting the child in the correct position. This is one great find and will take your child right into the show ring in the proper saddle. sold Passier "Patron" Dressage Black 17" with a medium tree. Made in Germany with Passier's synthetic tree and standard wool flocked panels. Saddle was used on a polish Arab and fit beautifully. Saddle has long billets which are in good condition. Seat has faded but can be redyed if you are fussy. Saddle comes with a pair of Passier X-long (67")dressage leathers that are nearly new, a pair of 4.5 inch fillis irons and a black and grey Dover's saddle cover'n carry.
